How to Make a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us:
    If you wish to return or exchange an item, please visit our Contact Us page and provide your order and product details. This will help us process your request quickly.

  2. Repack the Merchandise:
    Place the item(s) in their original packaging with the completed Return Form. Make sure they are securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

  3. Ship to Our Address:
    Send your parcel via a traceable delivery method (courier or registered post). Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Refund Process
